Metalworking Materials

Progressive Stamping

Large Part Stamping
- Multiple one-piece flow manufacturing cells with manual and automated transfer
- A large variety of presses ranging from 300 to 2,000 tons
- Press bed sizes up to 60” x 144”
Deep Draw Stamping
- Drawn depths up to 11 inches
- Multiple hydraulic presses between 1,000 and 2,000 tons
- Traditional draw capabilities as well as special processes for challenging materials
Laser Cutting
- 6,000W Bystronic laser cutting capabilities
- Material cut up to 1-inch thick
- Handle oversize sheets up to 157” x 78”
Welding Fabrication

- Single/dual head robotic cells with turntables
- Resistance and MIG weld capabilities
