A customer approached D&H Industries struggling with high volume capacity constraints. Wasting no time, our team developed an automated CNC tube bending and robotic welding cell solution. A development order quickly turned into a pilot run which resulted in PPAP (production part approval process) approved parts. The process took four weeks to start supplying customer demand. The new rotary draw bending process and weld cell currently operate on two shifts.
