Tricia’s Troops Cancer Connection
A non-profit cancer support organization whose mission is making connections that provide hope, help and encouragement to people of all ages who are enduring the cancer journey.
Their goals are: to provide hope and a sense of support for people at the beginning of their cancer journey; to help cancer fighters address their non-medical daily living needs; and to reduce the financial strain a cancer diagnosis can present.
A place where kids with special needs and their families can enjoy nature and experience the outdoors. A non-profit located in the Town of Oconomowoc in Southeastern Wisconsin.
They are uniquely positioned on 48 pristine acres surrounded by nature, serenity and an amazing landscape. It is their commitment to preserve and protect the land as they open the world of agriculture and nature-based learning to kids with disabilities.
Zachariah’s Acres currently offers several free events, exclusively for children with special health care needs, and their families. These events allow children with disabilities to participate in fully accessible agricultural and nature-based activities.
In the U.S., the unemployment rate for people who are blind is 70%. Beyond Vision is a self-funded, not-for-profit company with the mission to enrich the lives of people who are blind through the dignity of work valued by customers and the community.

Opportunities, Inc. is a Community Rehabilitation Program based in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, with additional locations in Watertown, Madison and Oconomowoc. It was established in 1966 through the grass roots vision of parents who were committed to ensuring their family members with disabilities had a place to learn, work and achieve independence.
Provide services for individuals for the purpose of maximizing their success and enhancing their abilities to be independent, contributing members of the community.
