Small and Light Stamped Components
D&H Industries has two focus factories, with one specializing in smaller parts. Small precision metal stamped components can be smaller than a dime in size and as thin as .005” (.127 mm) in thickness. Ideally, small or light metal stamped parts run in minimum annual quantities of 20,000 to 1,000,000 pieces per year.
Tooling methodology for small parts stamping is on a case-by-case basis, based on the design of this small deep-drawn or stamped parts. Depending on the required applications and quantity, the recommended tooling solution may be compound dies, progressive tooling, or deep drawn. Through the utilization of die sensing monitors, our small precision part manufacturing is to our customers’ exacting specifications.
